Description: Amethyst Sage is the trade name for a fabulous dendritic agate from Northern Nevada. It was originally called Quinn River Dendritic Agate by locals and comes in many colors and patterns from purple to white, black, yellow, cream, orange etc. It often has wonderful dendritic patterns that lend itself to equisite cabs and decorator slabs. This Polished Slab is a beautiful example and has high quality areas of the coveted and rare purple agate. This fine Agate Slab would highlight any collection.
